8 - Royal Window Grate Covering Detail - Patan Nepal, Durbar Square - Framed Photo Print

Found at the Royal Palace in Durbar Square, the Newari (or Newai) style of architecture employs both metal and wood elements in the design of their famed windows. The carvings of deities in the window grates often have specific meanings related to the location of the window within the structure.

Printed on 200 gsm archival museum-grade paper with pigment-based ink, our framed prints use a lightweight MDF frame with a protective acrylic cover. Available in black, white, or walnut, the frames come with pre-installed hanging hardware for ease of hanging/installation.
